Payment options

Your monthly fees are due on the first (1st) day of each month.  An annual budget is forwarded to all owners in advance of any increase to your monthly fees.  All payments are to be made at or sent to the property managers office at:

190 Stafford Road West Unit 101.

Options for payment are:

•  Cash
•  Automatic Withdraw

R. Dixon Management Inc. Pre-Authorized Payment Form

The submission of this online form authorizes R. Dixon Management to withdraw your monthly fee on the first banking day of each month.  Each payment shall be treated the same as if the owner had personally issued a written direction authorizing R. Dixon Management Inc. to debit the amount specified to the owners account.  The authorization remains in effect until cancellation in writing is issued to R. Dixon Management Inc.  An administrative fee of $50.00 will be charged on the owners account for each returned item from the owners banking institute.  This will include non-sufficient funds (NSF), funds not cleared, account closed, etc.  Notification for banking information change or cancellation must be received by R. Dixon Management no later than 5 working days prior to the first working day of each month.
